The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and is without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed. The Company, and its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, partners, and content providers do not warrant that:

    • All or Nothing policy

    • Every campaign has a funding goal and a timeline as agreed upon. If the campaign does not reach its funding goal within its time period, the funds collected are refunded to the Investors by Bhutan Crowd Funding. All payments shall be refunded via their original modes of payment. In such cases, Bhutan Crowd Funding shall not levy its commission.

    • Non-negotiation clause

    • The Campaigner hereby agrees to pay Bhutan Crowd Funding’s fee as listed above. Bhutan Crowd Funding’s fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.

    • Data Privacy Policy

    • Information Bhutan CrowdFunding Collects:
      1. Name,
      2. TPN (Tax Payer Number),
      3. Phone number,
      4. Bank Account number,
      5. E-mail,
      6. Address,
      7. Citizenship Identification Number(CID),
      8. Investment details.

    • Why we collect informaton ?

    • Royal securities exchange of Bhutan is the only stock exchange in the country established in 1993. It also acts as a central depository and clearing house. Functioning as the stock exchange, clearing house and central depository, the financial services act of Bhutan, 2011, mandates the RSEB to be equipped with infrastructure capable of facilitating business operation in accordance to the aforementioned act.

    • RSEB has strong in-built security features on all security level. It uses latest techniques and technologies to safeguard the data collected including: Encryption method to safeguard sensitive data, Restricting access of information to non-authorized employees, Restricting access to physical storage to non-authorized employees under lock and key, We have a surveillance team which monitors the data movement.

    • Sharing of information

    • An individual’s information is strictly kept private and Made accessible only to the authenticated account holder, made accessible to the person (he/she) if there is legal document from the judiciary body (court).
    • In-case a donar decides to remain anonymous, the platfom shall only capture the donated amount.
